This policy explains what Cookiepay does with personal data collected on this website. Cookiepay is operated by More2Save Technologies ApS.

Who is responsible

The controller is More2Save Technologies ApS, CVR 39789841, C/O ReviTotal, Lyngsø Alle 3, 1., 2970 Hørsholm, Denmark. You can reach us at info@cookiepay.com. The email registered for the company is info@more2save.com.

What we collect

  • Your name, which you enter on the enquiry form.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide one.
  • The fact that you agreed to be contacted, and the time of that agreement.
  • Your cookie choice, stored in local storage in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Technical data that arrives with the request, such as the time it was received. We do not ask for a payment card number on this website.

How we use it

  • To contact you about Cookiepay after you send the form.
  • To remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies.
  • To keep this website available and to diagnose faults.

The legal basis for the enquiry is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@cookiepay.com. Withdrawal does not affect handling that already took place. We do not use the form to build marketing profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies

Necessary storage remembers your cookie decision. Analytics and marketing storage are used only if you accept them. This site does not currently load analytics or marketing scripts. Details, and how to change your choice, are in the Cookie Policy.

Sharing

The enquiry is received by More2Save Technologies ApS and delivered to the company’s internal messaging system, where the team handles it. We do not sell or rent personal data. We disclose it if the law requires us to, or if a public authority makes a lawful request.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold data about you, and for a copy of it;
  • correct data that is inaccurate;
  • erase data, or restrict how we use it;
  • receive data you provided, in a portable form;
  • object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent.

Write to info@cookiepay.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), which is the supervisory authority in Denmark.
